I'm fascinated with all things food: growing, foraging, canning, pickling, fermenting, experimenting, and [obviously] eating. I started this blog because I was tired of digging through heaps of text and annoying ads to get to online recipes that sometimes didn't even work.

 

These recipes are intended to be reliable, delicious and make you feel good. My inspiration comes from my Scandinavian heritage, my travels around the world, and my [chef] husband.
