Quick Black Bean Tofu

Ingredients

½ block medium or firm tofu

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. black bean paste

1 tsp. chili garlic

Pinch of salt

4 tbs. water


Method

  1. Crumble tofu into a nonstick pan over medium high heat, and add all other ingredients.

  2. Stirring constantly, cook about 3 minutes or until dry and starting to brown.
