Vegan Parmesan Crumble


Use this vegan parmesan crumble on anything that needs a little salty umami kick. From popcorn to pizza, veggies and pasta- it might not be real parmesan but it sure does taste good!


 

Vegan Parmesan crumble

[Makes ⅓ c.]


Ingredients

3 tbs. toasted pine nuts

2 tbs. nutritional yeast flakes

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. mushroom powder*

*Maitake or shiitake powder work best, but another delicious option is black garlic

powder, or one clove of black garlic.


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until crumbly and incorporated.
